Very handsome advertising booklet with no date, but a big clue! Inside the front cover is a seal which reads "By Appointment, Purveyors of Cognac Brandy to the Late King George VI". Two seconds of research and I find that King George VI of Britain died in 1952. The booklet is clean and attactive, stamped on the back with the name and address of the distributor, W.A. Taylor & Company of New York City. The booklet measures 5-1/2"x8-1/2" and has a card cover with eight pages and recipes for mixed drinks on the inside back cover. Four pages are given to the story of the brandy and these are illustrated with color art. But the showpiece is the product spread pictured.
