This booklet doesn't turn up too often, but it's very interesting as the Rocky River Public Library endeavored to take on 800 pieces of pottery to form a Cowan Museum in the library. Cowan is an American art pottery produced in Lakewood from 1912 to 1919 and in Rocky River from 1920 to 1931. This booklet traces the company's history, shows its various marks, and highlights items from the collection. The booklet measures 5-1/2"x8-3/4" and has 15 pages. Illustrated with black and white photographs.
