Nice postcard of the popular Logan County tour boat, Evelyn, filled to the brim with sightseers. The card's photo shows an attractive greenish tint and is captioned at the bottom "Evelyn Boat, Russells Point, Ohio." The bottom margin shows evidence of writing in pencil which seems to have faded almost away. The reverse pencil is also fading, but I can make out this much: Dear Mother, I am having a grand time. We went fishing and I caught a little fish. I've been over to Russells Point four times alright. We are going over to Sandy Beach today in a boat. Your Son. " The name is faded. Card was sent to Springfield, Ohio. There is a small flat crease to upper right corner. Card will arrive in plastic sleeve.
