Very nice clean souvenir booklet published to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Monroe County which was settled in 1813 and Woodsfield which likewise was established in 1914. The area is known as the "Switzerland of Ohio." The main booklet was funded by local ads, but retains space enough to provide much history replete with black and white photographs. The surprise is the Sesquicentennial pageant program laid-in. There are even pictures in this one too. The pageant was written and directed by O.G. Boyd of Fairview, Oio. Both publications are printed on coated paper. The main one has 36 pages and the program has 7 pages. Both measure 6" x 9-1/4"
