Oversized magazine with a gorgeous cover by William P. Welsh. Inside there's a nice surprise -- a story by Pearl Buck titled "What the Heart Must." There's also the conclusion of a Kathleen Norris'story, "You can't Have Everything." But there's also the beginning of the story on the front cover banner which bills it as "an emotional novel of the deep south." A major article is "Putting Down Crime -- Thomas Dewey's Amazing War on the Racketeers." Household articles abound including a look at the California bungalow, the pleasure of a new coat of paint, problems of the working mother, and when your daughter goes to college. Magazine is clean and tightly boudn with a complete spine strip and no mailing label. Measures 10-3/4" x 13-3/4" and has 112 pages.
