I bought this in Michigan, so it's not surprising that a gift inscription on the bottom of the title page reads, " To---- and ----, So nice to have you in Ann Arbor." Other than that there's no defect. Crisp and clean as a whistle. The booklet measures 8-1/2" x 11" and has 36 pristine pages. Many black and white photographs show off mansions, family homes, vacation homes -- even an aluminum beach house. The text is lengthy and seriously addressed which deems it a collectible.
