The booklet measures 5-3/4" x 9-1/2" with color photographs throughout except for the black and white photograph of a farmer and his sheep at the endpapers both front and back. The booklet explains the cheese, how it is made, its origins, plus anecdotes and recipes. The recipes include ricotta dumplings in radicchio sauce, grilled halibut flavored with herbs and porcino romano in a tomato sauce, asparagus salad with pecorino romano and more. Very clean and attractive.
