Book Condition: Very good condition

This is an interesting find -- a booklet which discusses the one hundredth anniversary of the Michelson-Morley Experiment, but is also a commemorative program. The work of Albert Abraham Michelson and Edward Williams Morley laid the path into modern physics. Later, a young Albert Einstein developed the resolution to the puzzle posed by the experiment. In 1905 he published the paper that outlined his Theory of Relativity. The booklet includes congratulatory letters at the front, including one from President Ronald Reagan, followed by the events to mark the commemoration and photographs and information about Michelson and Morley's project. The booklet measures 8" x 11-1/2" and has 42 pages printed on quality coated paper.
