This is an exceptionally bold and bright image of the Elyria, Ohio Nurses' Home. It's postmarked March 11, 1914 in North Ridgeville, Ohio and was sent to Mrs. M.S. Cook of Wellington, Ohio. The message reads "Dear Mama, Freda has a 9-1/2 pound girl born during the night some time. All is OK. She has talked of calling it Eleanor Frances, but don't know yet whether she will. Don wasn't with her. We are going to La Porte today to Mildred's. Hope you are well. Ethel."
