This over-sized magazine is very attractive. I bought a whole box full, all of which are nice. Some are already on here, but I will be happy to look through my inventory for a specific issue from the 1890's to the first 15 years of the 1900's. The magazine measures 11-1/2" x 16" with 33 pages. There's a little bit of toning around the edges of the cover, but the pages are white. In this issue there's lots to read. Here's some examples -- Fiction; a symposium titled "What... View more info

Beautiful, pristine, magazine with jut a bit of rusting to staples I bought a lot of these at auction and all are in this wonderful condition. I was excited to see a literary brand name that I recognized in this issue too -- that of William Dean Howell, a novelist, playwright and literary critic of his time. In this issue he has the first story which is titled "The Coast of Bohemia." Other stories discuss making Battenburg lace; a Valentine revival with many ideas for c... View more info

A special Christmas treat inside is a full page black and white artwork titled The Sugar Plum Tree rendered by artist, Maxwell Parrish.
